Medical Forms
If you will be attending an event with one of our units, all attendees need to complete Medical Forms A & B. If you’ll be camping with us, all attendees will need to complete Medical Forms A, B, & C. Note that Form C needs to be completed by a physician.
Communications, Calendars, and Event Photos
Our units use the Band app to communicate, post events, share event photos, chat, conduct polls, conduct surveys, and to share other important unit information. Use the buttons below to access Band on the web or download the app.
